You request a quote, we send a quote, and for custom work you approve a digital proof or working drawing before we produce. All lead times apply as a rule.
How it works
- RequestYou add products to your quote list or email us. You receive a response as a rule within 1 working day.
- QuoteYou receive a quote by email.
- Digital proof or working drawingFor custom work, you receive a digital proof for stickers or a working drawing for engraving as a PDF by email, as a rule within 2 working days after you accept the quote. We revise it until you approve.
- ProductionFor custom work, we start production once you have approved the digital proof or working drawing. Custom work, CSC data plates and lettering are ready as a rule 5 to 10 working days after your approval.
- Delivery and paymentWe ship standard items as a rule within 5 working days after you accept the quote. You pay on invoice, within 30 days.

What we need from you
- A drawing, a photo of an existing product or a completed template.
- Size, material, thickness and fixing, if these are fixed.
- Quantities, and for numbering, the number range.
You can attach these files: PDF, AI, CDR, DXF, DWG, EPS, SVG, JPG and PNG. Maximum 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total.
