Can I order and pay on this website?
No. We work with quotes: you add products to your quote list or email us, and you receive a quote by email. That is why the website shows no prices.
How do I request a quote?
Add products to your quote list and send the request, or email info@kuyper-graveertechniek.com. You receive a response as a rule within 1 working day.
Do I get a proof before you produce?
For custom work, yes. After you accept the quote, you receive a digital proof for stickers or a working drawing for engraving as a PDF by email, as a rule within 2 working days. We revise it until you approve, and only then start production.
What is the lead time?
We ship standard items, such as stickers, pipe markers, ISO 7010 signs and inspection stickers, as a rule within 5 working days after you accept the quote. Custom engraving, CSC data plates and lettering are ready as a rule 5 to 10 working days after you approve the proof. Lead times apply as a rule and are not a guarantee.
Can you do rush orders?
Rush orders are on request. Call us on +31 10 216 2344 and we will see what is possible.
Which files can I supply?
PDF, AI, CDR, DXF, DWG, EPS, SVG, JPG and PNG, up to 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total. A drawing, a photo of an existing product or a completed template is enough. For numbering, include the number range.
How do I pay?
You pay on invoice, within 30 days of the invoice date. Read more on pay on invoice.
Which colours do pipe markers have?
We follow the NEN 3050 colours: water green, steam grey, gas yellow, air blue, flammable liquids brown, fire extinguishing red and other liquids black. Acids are orange with black text, according to ISO 20560.
Do you supply ISO 7010 safety signs?
Yes. We supply 336 ISO 7010 symbols as a sticker or aluminium sign in 100, 200 or 300 mm. Search by code or name on the ISO 7010 safety signs page.
Which materials do you engrave?
Among others stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and plastic. We make stickers and lettering from vinyl. See what we do for all techniques and materials.
