Metal
We offer various options for marking and engraving different types of metal. Metal marking and engraving can be used, for example, for identification in industry or promotion through your own logo. Laser engraving of metal is extremely precise and therefore also very small details can be applied. View our standard range of engraving here For engraving, marking and cutting metal we use the following laser techniques:
Fiber laser bron
We use our fiber laser source for making markings and engravings in stainless steel. The marking or engraving is always in black. With a marking, only the surface is marked, with engraving it goes deeper.
Fiber laser high power
For cutting different materials, stainless steel, aluminum and brass, we use a fiber laser with high power. This machine works very accurately. Metal cutting is done using nitrogen.
Fiber laser mopa laser source
Deep engraving and marking of stainless steel is done with a fiber laser mopa laser source. The wavelength is variable, which means it can be used for various applications. With a mopa source, marking on stainless steel is possible in various basic colors.
Plastics
CO2 Laser source
For engraving plastics (2ply), we use a CO2 laser source. This allows us to deeply engrave the top layer of the plastic so that the lower layer color becomes visible. We also do the cutting with our CO2 lasers. This allows extremely precise cutting. The plastics for this application must not contain PVC. Milling
At Kuyper Graveertechniek you can also go for milling different materials. We can engrave and/or cut these different materials deeply.

Printing and cutting
We can print various types of films with water-based (latex) ink. This can be provided with an overcoat or cut cleanly. At Kuyper Graveertechniek we use high tack vinyl. This type of vinyl has an extra strong adhesive layer which makes it possible to stick to difficult surfaces. The stickers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Sublimation
It is possible to print on an aluminum plate. This print can be sublimated in full color. With sublimation, a heat-sensitive ink is used and sublimated onto the aluminum using a transfer press.
Car lettering
Research shows that car lettering is the cheapest way of advertising. Especially if you are on the road a lot, having your car stickered with the company's logo can be recommended. This turns your vehicle into a driving billboard for all fellow road users.
